Drivers of egovernment adoption amidst COVID-19 pandemic: The Information Adoption Model (IAM) approach

چکیده
The study scrutinized the behavioral adoption of informational e-government services among Chinese citizens in midst COVID-19 pandemic. A structural equation modeling (SEM) technique was applied for data analysis using Smart PLS 3.0 statistical software. results show that information quality, credibility, and ease are significant determining citizens’ perception usefulness shared on platforms. Also, revealed perceived predicting intention to adopt recommend services. theoretical practical implications these findings interrogated further.
